Turkish army carries out new military operations

Turkish army has launched a new military operation in Beytussebap district of Sirnak. It is also reported that the military operation started on 16 October is also escalating.

Despite the unilateral ceasefire declared by the Kurdish guerrillas Turkish military operations are continuing. People’s Defence Forces has reported that Turkish army started a new operation in Beytussebap yesterday afternoon which is still continuing.

It is also reported that the military operation started in Bane Xinis, Bane Shemka and Bane Sirga regions on 16 October is still continuing. The operation is also extended to Hezil river Valley.

Meanwhile, Turkish army realized a mortar shell attack on Haftanin region in Medya Defence Territories in South Kurdistan. HPG reported that the attack took place between 22:30 and 01:00 last night.
