Despite the unilateral ceasefire of KCK Turkish army continues its mortar shell attack on Medya Defence Territories in South Kurdistan. It is reported that Turkish army bombed Zap and Haftanin Regions yesterday.
According to the statement from HPG on 23 August between 14:30-15:00 and 18:00-20:00 Turkish troops bombed Haftanin region with mortar shells and howitzers. On the same day between 09:00-12:00 Zap region was also bombed.
It is also reported that following the attacks the fields in the region have caught fire
